We found Karena based on good reviews and were not disappointed!!! We had a complicated sale of an estate and do not live in Sequim. Karina took it all in stride and was crucial in knowing who to call for cleaning and carpets before the showing and helped us coordinate everything as we were not there. The documents and closing went well via remote and she kept things moving. Other realities who left feedback on the place seemed to really hold her in high regard and she has an excellent knowledge of the town and its wonderful quirkiness.
